KNF: three new entities on alert list
The financial supervision commission added three more entities to the list of warnings, against which it sent notifications to the prosecutor's office on suspicion of committing the crime of trading in financial instruments without permission.
As reported on Wednesday by KNF, the list of public warnings included three more entities: Smart Trader university from Katowice, GTD market z o.o. from Krakow and crowd Tech Ltd. (running the trade360 investment platform).
The financial supervision commission has filed a notice to the public prosecutor's office regarding the suspicion of committing an offence under Article 178 of the act on trading in financial instruments, i.e. conducting activities in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permission or authorization. The chairman of the KNF joined the proceedings initiated by the Warsaw district prosecutor's office initiated by another entity, the KNF said on Wednesday.
The list of public warnings maintained by the financial supervision commission is a collection of entities for which the KNF issues a notice of suspicion of a criminal offence. The purpose of the list is to alert you to the need to exercise greater caution when dealing with the listed entities.
